Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No call
• Outpatient clinic only

Practice Details

• Adult Primary Care
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Epic EMR
• No admissions
• No inpatient responsibilities
• No supervision of APPs required

Requirements

• Active Georgia license
• Active Georgia DEA required
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• BLS required
• Adult Medicine NP or PA
• Local candidates only

Credentialing

• Approximately 21 days
• No temporary privileges
• Epic training (8:00 AM–4:30 PM every other week) is required after credentialing and before the provider can start.
• Additional protocol agreement with the Georgia Composite Medical Board (GCMB) is required.
