- Position: CT Technologist / CT Tech Travel Assignment
- Setting: Hospital-based imaging department
- Location: Seaside, Oregon — a welcoming coastal community with easy access to ocean views, outdoor recreation, and small-town charm
- Assignment Type: Travel healthcare job
- Duration: 9 weeks
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
- Shift: Night shift, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
- Shift Duration: 10 hours
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,280
- Weekend Coverage: Required as needed to meet department needs
- Charting System: Epic
- Equipment: GE experience preferred/required
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist or CT Tech experience
- Current ARRT CT and ARRT R certification
- BLS certification
- Recent hands-on x-ray experience required
- Experience with inpatient and/or outpatient imaging preferred
- Proficiency with Epic charting preferred
- Experience with GE, Hitachi, Philips, Siemens, or Toshiba imaging equipment required
- Ability to work independently in a hospital imaging setting
- Must be comfortable with night shift scheduling and block scheduling Monday through Thursday
- Strong communication skills and commitment to quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Perform CT examinations with accuracy, efficiency, and patient safety in mind
- Provide x-ray coverage in addition to CT exams
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, and maintain a calm, professional approach
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment and follow radiation safety and contrast administration protocols
- Support patient care across multiple age groups, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
- Maintain high standards of image quality, workflow, and documentation
- Collaborate with radiology and clinical team members to ensure timely service
- Adapt to department needs and help support a smooth night shift operation
