• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, every other weekend, with holidays as scheduled
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Location: Lancaster, PA 17601

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and triage skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency department

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and respond to changing patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient care
• Monitor patient status and document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Support safe, efficient patient flow in a busy emergency setting
• Deliver compassionate care to patients and families during stressful situations
