• Assignment Length: 15 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,700-$1,790
• Shift Duration: 8-hour nights
• Shift Schedule: 10:45 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., every other weekend
• Hours per Week: 40
• Orientation: 3 days
• Charting System: PointClickCare (PCC)
• Required Certification: BLS
• Schedule Notes: Holiday coverage as scheduled; no call or standby requirement

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience within the last 3 years
• Prior experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Experience with wound measurement and documentation
• Ability to care for LTC, skilled rehab, dementia, and hospice residents age 18 and older
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills
• Comfort working a night shift schedule in a fast-paced post-acute care environment

LPN Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
• Monitor blood glucose, insulin administration, vital signs, oxygen needs, and resident status
• Provide IV-related support, tube feedings, wound care, and specimen collection
• Assist with foley/catheter care, trach care, ADLs, and general resident support
• Complete assessment charting, incident reports, and accurate documentation in PCC
• Support a safe, respectful, and professional environment for residents and the care team
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality outcomes
