• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Unit Size: 27 beds
• Patient Care Setting: Cardiac ICU, post-op cardiac, and medical ICU overflow

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 3 years of ICU or CVICU nursing experience
• At least 1 year of ventilator and cardiac drip experience
• At least 2 years of PCU or progressive care experience preferred
• ACLS and NIH certification required
• Ability to pass facility cardiac rhythm knowledge testing with a 90% score
• Previous critical care experience strongly preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, hard-working, and outgoing professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to cardiovascular and critically ill patients
• Monitor patients with varying acuity levels and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Manage cardiac drips, ventilators, and advanced ICU equipment
• Support post-operative cardiac patients and medical ICU overflow patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Float to ICU or other inpatient units as needed
• Work every other weekend and participate in low-census or on-call rotation as assigned
