• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Shifts Per Week: Typically 3 shifts per week
• Assignment Length: 16 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Floating: Required as needed
• Weekend/Holiday Expectation: Minimum every other weekend; must be available to work 2 of 4 major holidays
• Documentation System: EPIC

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience required
• Prior travel nurse experience required
• Recent EPIC experience within the past 2 years required
• Current BLS certification required
• Dementia care certification preferred
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute rehab strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Reliable transportation strongly recommended

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to older adults in a skilled nursing rehab setting
• Complete patient assessments, medication administration, and ongoing care planning
• Perform common unit procedures, including phlebotomy, EKGs, transports, nebulizer-to-inhaler transitions, and starting IVs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient comfort, safety, and recovery
• Float to additional long-term care or memory care areas as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and uphold facility standards
• Adapt to unit needs, including weekend coverage and holiday scheduling
