• On-Call: Administrative on-call rotation required

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,370–$3,550

Job Requirements

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Master’s degree listed on the resume
• Degree in a healthcare-related field; nursing degree preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 5 years of recent Director of Nursing, Nursing Administration, or acute care leadership experience in an acute care or LTAC setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
• Experience supporting nursing standards, compliance, and department performance

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing department functions and assigned clinical operations
• Consult with leadership on hospital operations, nursing leadership priorities, and service improvements
• Develop goals, objectives, standards of performance, policies, and procedures
• Organize nursing and clinical departments in alignment with administrative guidelines
• Ensure compliance with legal, organizational, and medical staff standards
• Lead standards of nursing practice and support clinical and financial operations
• Participate in administrative on-call coverage and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
