Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required; inpatient rehab experience preferred
• Degree in Physical Therapy (BS, MS, or DPT)
• Experience working with adult rehabilitation patients in a clinical setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work scheduled weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support recovery and independence
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions for a variety of adult rehabilitation diagnoses
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Support mobility, strength, balance, and functional progress throughout the rehab stay
• Use rehabilitation equipment such as Lite Gait, Biodex, and Zero-G as appropriate
• Document care and patient progress accurately within the electronic medical record
