• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 - $2,060
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Schedule: Varied based on clinic hours; typically Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload with confidence
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
• Experience with EPIC is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and pain management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document care accurately and timely in the EMR system
• Collaborate with the care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient outpatient clinic environment
• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care while helping patients reach their rehabilitation goals
