Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
• 1+ year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience required; 2 years preferred
• Telemetry experience preferred
• BLS required upon hire
• ACLS required within 3 months
• PALS or ENPC required within 6 months
• TNCC preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and carry out patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols and critical care standards
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Support a safe, patient-centered environment while maintaining excellent clinical standards
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit priorities during night shifts
