Job Details

• Location: Columbus, OH 43210
• Employment Type: Travel MRI Technologist
• Setting: Outpatient / Hospital Imaging
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Primarily 4 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Shift Time: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, with occasional 8-hour coverage as needed
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,260 - $2,420
• Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Imaging Equipment: Siemens 1.5T Sola and Siemens 3T Vida

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI Technologist experience in an outpatient or hospital imaging setting
• ARRT (MR) or ARRT (R) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment preferred
• Proficiency with Epic charting
• Skills in IV starts, phlebotomy, PACS, and contrast administration
• Strong understanding of MRI safety, patient screening, and common imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans for a wide range of patients with accuracy, professionalism, and compassionate care
• Start IVs, obtain vital signs, and complete MRI safety screening before imaging procedures
• Review patient charts and ensure proper preparation for diagnostic imaging
• Operate, monitor, and maintain MRI equipment to support high-quality image acquisition
• Work closely with the care team to help deliver timely and accurate diagnostic results
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized imaging environment
• Provide clear communication and patient support throughout the MRI process
