• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,070–$1,150

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sterile processing experience required
• Active Sterile Processing Technician certification required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work evening shifts and provide weekend availability
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and infection prevention practices
• Ability to follow established sterilization and safety protocols in a hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Prepare instrument trays and sets for procedures according to department standards
• Maintain accurate tracking, storage, and distribution of sterile supplies
• Support operating room and procedural teams by ensuring timely availability of instruments
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance guidelines at all times
• Assist with inventory organization and restocking of sterile processing supplies
