• Shift: Day shift, 8-hour days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Contract Duration: 12 weeks
• Orientation: 8 hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,710 - $1,800

Job Requirements

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license in hand
• Oncology nursing experience required
• At least 1 year of RN experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work a weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays
• Must submit a current Nursys report pulled within the last 2 weeks
• All submitted names must match the traveler’s legal first and last name
• Less than 2 years of experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to oncology and hematology patients in a clinic setting
• Support patient assessments, treatment coordination, and follow-up care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and symptom management
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, effective care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered support throughout the treatment journey
