• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,350 - $1,460
• Schedule: Varies; no block schedules; every other weekend may be required
• Floating: Required as needed
• Holiday Requirements: Must be available to work 2 of the 4 major holidays

Job Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• At least 2 years of CNA experience required
• Prior travel nursing or travel CNA experience required
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Epic experience within the last 2 years is required
• Ability to work all holidays as scheduled and support unit needs
• Reliable transportation is strongly recommended
• Ability to complete all required submission materials and explain any employment gaps over 90 days

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents in a long-term care environment
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility support, and comfort measures
• Deliver care in alignment with individualized resident needs and unit protocols
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain timely communication with the care team
• Float to other areas as needed, including memory care and other assigned units
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff to support a safe, respectful, and positive patient experience
• Adapt to a varied schedule and help meet the ongoing needs of the unit
