Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications
• NRP preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to float as needed and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients
• Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings clearly to the care team
• Administer medications and monitor patient response, side effects, and clinical changes
• Use the nursing process to plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and patient safety standards
• Support team coordination, delegate appropriately, and help ensure smooth patient flow
