Job Details

• Position: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: August 16, 2026
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,640-$1,730
• Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend, as needed
• Work Setting: On-site acute care environment

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Comfortable floating as needed if the unit is closed
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy emergency department
• Assess patients quickly and prioritize care based on acuity and urgency
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team to support timely treatment plans
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to established protocols
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record and maintain clear communication throughout the shift
• Support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered emergency care environment
