Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Ability to provide high-quality care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Experience managing common critical care conditions such as COPD exacerbation preferred
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital environment
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes
• Administer treatments and medications according to established protocols
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
