• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/06/2026
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Setting: Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and newborn care unit
• Orientation: Weekly orientation available
• Additional Note: Call rotation may be required during low census

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Labor & Delivery RN experience is negotiable
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
• STABLE certification
• NRP certification
• Experience supporting postpartum and Level 1 newborn nursery care is a plus
• Ability to float to other units during high-volume periods as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and newborn nursery settings
• Support antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum patient care
• Care for obstetric and newborn patients with compassion, professionalism, and clinical confidence
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in maternal or newborn condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, coordinated patient care
• Assist with call coverage during low census periods
• Float to other units when needed during high-volume times
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
