Job Details

• Setting: Primarily outpatient physical therapy with flexibility to support other care settings as needed

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,010 - $2,160

Job Requirements

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
• Experience in outpatient rehab, acute care, or hospital-based rehabilitation settings preferred
• Comfortable adapting to changing patient needs and care environments
• Experience documenting in EPIC preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical needs and goals
• Deliver high-quality therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed to support optimal outcomes
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and promptly in the patient record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care
• Maintain a safe, patient-centered treatment environment
• Support additional care settings when needed based on departmental needs
