Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current hospital CST experience
• Current BLS certification
• Active CST/ORT certification
• NBSTA certification must be currently active
• Strong flexibility and comfort with call coverage
• Meditech experience preferred
• Prior travel experience in large facilities preferred
• Robotics experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality surgical technologist support in the Operating Room
• Prepare the OR for a variety of procedures and maintain strict sterile technique
• Assist the surgical team during procedures including neuro and transplant cases
• Support efficient room turnover and workflow in a busy surgical setting
• Respond to call coverage needs as scheduled, including limited evening call during the week and weekend call
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff to promote safe, effective patient care
