• Position: Echo Tech / Echocardiography Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer
• Setting: Hospital, Non-Invasive Cardiology
• Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
• Employment Type: Travel Healthcare Job
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 - $1,820
• Call: Required, including after-hours and weekend rotation
• Start Date: Available ASAP

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of echocardiography experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Active New Mexico license required
• ARDMS certification required
• One of the following required: RDCS, RCS, or ACS
• Experience with TEE procedures required
• Ability to independently perform adult inpatient and outpatient echocardiograms
• Ability to complete at least 7 studies per day
• Pediatric echocardiography experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform adult full and limited echocardiograms
• Complete TEE procedures and clean TEE probes
• Write preliminary echo reports
• Work with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department echo cases
• Maintain an efficient workflow while delivering accurate, high-quality cardiac imaging
• Participate in call coverage for evenings and weekends as scheduled
