Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of ultrasound technologist experience preferred
• General diagnostic medical sonography experience and certification required
• Echocardiography experience and certification preferred
• Current ultrasound registry or equivalent diagnostic imaging credential required
• Current NBE certification required if performing echo studies
• Ability to work independently in a hospital imaging setting
• Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Perform two-dimensional ultrasound examinations to assist in diagnosing disease and organ function concerns
• Complete general abdominal, OB, and small parts imaging studies as assigned
• Support echo imaging needs when applicable and within scope
• Help maintain positive patient flow within the department
• Provide compassionate, professional care to patients throughout the imaging process
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to support timely, accurate diagnostics
• Maintain high standards for image quality, patient safety, and department efficiency
