Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS/CPR certification
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred, ideally in rehabilitation nursing or acute care
• Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly bedside manner
• Ability to care for patients with diverse inpatient rehab needs, including stroke, trauma, and orthopedic recovery
• Experience with Cerner is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to inpatient rehabilitation patients
• Support patients recovering from CVA, multitrauma, fractures, transplant procedures, and cardiac conditions
• Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and communicate changes in condition promptly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to help patients meet recovery goals
• Deliver patient-centered care that promotes mobility, independence, and quality of life
• Maintain a positive, professional approach in a fast-paced rehab nursing setting
