• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,520 - $1,640

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NRP certification required
• Level III NICU experience required
• Acute care experience in Med Surg, ER, and ICU preferred
• Experience managing BiPAP, ventilators, and heated high-flow oxygen therapy
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage heavy patient loads
• Comfort with independent work and a self-motivated approach
• Proficiency with EMR charting and documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients across ICU, Med Surg, ER, NICU, and critical care settings
• Assist with intubations and bedside bronchoscopy support
• Manage ventilators, BiPAP, heated high-flow systems, and other respiratory equipment
• Support neonatal respiratory needs in a Level III NICU
• Deliver timely, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Accurately document patient care, treatment plans, and interventions in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams to support excellent patient outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture and step in where needed
