Job Requirements

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care planning skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload in the field

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders and referrals
• Develop measurable treatment goals and individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, function, and independence
• Reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate patient status, needs, and progress with the care team, physicians, and family members as appropriate
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment to support safe and effective rehabilitation
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in compliance with state practice requirements
• Maintain professional growth through continuing education and ongoing skill development
