• Setting: Medical-Surgical Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele)
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week; 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Location: Tucson, AZ
• Work Environment: Float pool assignment with the opportunity to support multiple departments and expand your clinical experience

Job Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Cerner experience required
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and prioritization skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a float pool and travel nursing environment
• Comfort working night shifts and maintaining a 6:1 patient ratio

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to promote positive patient outcomes
• Delegate and supervise patient care tasks in alignment with scope of practice and staffing needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established policies and procedures
• Support a flexible float pool environment while delivering dependable bedside care
