• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights

• Schedule: Night shift with weekend rotation required

Job Requirements

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
• Cerner experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in a weekend rotation
• Willingness to float between units as needed
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care using the nursing process and current clinical standards
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Perform thorough assessments, prioritize care, and coordinate interventions for assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical competencies
• Support patient flow by adapting to float assignments across departments as needed
• Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and excellent bedside care throughout each shift
