Job Details

• Setting: Outpatient rehabilitation clinic
• Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts, any time of day
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,650 - $1,770

Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state where the assignment will be performed
• Current CPR certification
• 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience required
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented outpatient care environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician direction
• Implement, modify, and progress physical therapy interventions to support functional recovery and discharge readiness
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely documentation in the medical record
• Support patient education, family education, and collaboration with coworkers and students as appropriate
• Follow all applicable state practice standards, regulatory guidelines, and clinic procedures
• Promote a safe care environment by following safety policies and maintaining awareness of workplace hazards
• Participate in professional growth, continuing education, and quality improvement efforts
