• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Float Requirement: First to float with low census
• EMR: Epic
• Equipment: Ventilators, Arctic Sun, temporary pacemakers, Swan-Ganz monitoring

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of critical care nursing experience required
• Strong ventilator management experience with respiratory therapy support
• Experience managing titratable vasoactive drips
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Comfort working with high-acuity cardiac and medical ICU overflow patients
• Ability to adapt quickly and provide excellent patient care in a travel assignment setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for critically ill cardiac and ICU patients
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient status using advanced critical care skills
• Manage ventilated patients and support therapy plans alongside the care team
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications as ordered
• Care for post-cath STEMI and NSTEMI patients, direct admits, and medical ICU overflow cases
• Use critical care equipment and Epic documentation accurately and efficiently
• Support safe, coordinated care while maintaining strong communication with the interdisciplinary team
• Remain flexible to float as needed based on unit census
