• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Varied days, evenings, and nights; weekends, holidays, and overtime rotation may be required

Job Requirements

• Active Hawaii RN license required by the start date
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred, with long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience strongly valued
• Current clinical knowledge with the ability to provide safe, compassionate resident care
• Ability to work varied shifts and participate in weekend and holiday coverage as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Experience supporting geriatric patients, skilled nursing residents, or activities of daily living is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Administer medications and provide ordered treatments safely and accurately
• Notify physicians or advanced practice providers of pertinent changes in condition
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Support residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Provide gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care when indicated
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to high-quality, resident-centered care
