Certified Nursing Assistant Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience required
• Experience in long term care or acute care preferred
• Strong EPIC experience required
• Ability to work all shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced resident care environment
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care

CNA Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and support to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort needs
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Document care accurately in EPIC according to facility standards
• Support a safe, respectful, and caring environment for residents
