Job Requirements

• Board certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent physician experience in medical oncology or a closely related inpatient setting
• Active medical license or willingness to obtain Idaho licensure
• Experience using Epic preferred
• Strong inpatient oncology knowledge and confidence managing complex cancer cases
• Must be able to provide name and NPI number prior to submission

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient medical oncology care for a dedicated 10-bed unit
• Evaluate, manage, and follow patients admitted for oncology-related treatment and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated oncology APP and interdisciplinary care team
• Document thoroughly in Epic and maintain timely, accurate clinical records
• Work the established 7 on / 7 off daytime schedule
• Deliver high-quality patient care without a 24-hour call burden
