Job Details

• Setting: Hospital CT department
• Location: York, PA 17403
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 9/21/2026
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Shift Duration: 10-hour nights
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Work 2 of 3 major holidays if the contract spans all three; 1 of 2 holidays if only two are included
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,190 - $2,350
• Charting System: EPIC experience required
• Additional Notes: RTO should be limited to 7 days maximum; candidate may care for COVID patients; tobacco- and fragrance-free environment

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT certification required
• EPIC experience required
• Strong understanding of CT imaging protocols and contrast procedures
• Ability to start peripheral IVs and follow isolation precautions and PPE guidelines
• Experience working with a broad patient population, including neonates through older adults
• Comfortable working a travel assignment with holiday and weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans across a variety of studies, including abdomen, pelvis, chest, head, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and musculoskeletal trauma imaging
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and administer contrast media per protocol
• Support safe, efficient imaging workflows while maintaining high standards of patient care
• Start peripheral IVs as needed and follow all infection control and isolation precautions
• Work collaboratively with the imaging team to ensure timely, accurate studies
• Provide compassionate care to patients across multiple age groups in a busy hospital environment
• Maintain professionalism and adaptability while supporting day-to-day department needs
