Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant patient care experience preferred
• CNA or PCT certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or med-surg settings preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to support patients with varying mobility, safety, and recovery needs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the nursing team
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility support, and comfort measures
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition promptly
• Support a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment
• Collaborate with the care team to promote recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Document care and follow established unit procedures and protocols
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and families throughout the recovery process
