• Position: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Assignment
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,580 - $2,720
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every 3rd weekend
• Setting: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum unit
• Location: Albany, Oregon 97321

Job Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• At least 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience or related maternal-child nursing experience
• Healthcare Provider BLS required
• ACLS required
• NRP required
• STABLE certification preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, patient education, and clinical assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled bedside nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
• Support safe, patient-centered care for mothers, newborns, and growing families
• Monitor patients closely, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately
• Assist with newborn assessment and immediate postpartum care
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Promote a calm, supportive experience for patients and families during delivery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit protocols
