Job Requirements

• Current and valid California RN license
• BSN or higher required
• Minimum of 1 year of performance improvement experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma Nursing experience required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support trauma performance improvement initiatives and help strengthen patient care outcomes
• Review trauma-related data, trends, and clinical processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote trauma program effectiveness, quality assurance, and compliance
• Assist with quality review activities, documentation, and ongoing performance enhancement efforts
• Contribute clinical expertise from emergency, critical care, or trauma nursing experience to guide program goals
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism while working independently in an on-site healthcare setting
