• Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist – Home Health
• Setting: Home Health
• Location: Sylva, NC and surrounding service areas
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 - $2,060
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• On-Call/Weekend Requirement: None
• Productivity Expectation: 30 points
• Travel Type: Travel assignment

Job Requirements

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license
• At least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Home health experience required
• Strong communication, time management, and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a home-based caseload
• HCHB experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services in patient homes
• Complete evaluations, treatments, reassessments, and discharges
• Support patients in achieving greater independence and improved daily function
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate effectively with the care team to support quality patient outcomes
• Travel within the assigned coverage area as needed to serve patients across the region
