• Shift Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,050-$2,150
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: As needed
• Floating: As needed to MedSurg, Tele, and ED boarding

Job Requirements

• Active Minnesota RN license
• Current BLS certification
• At least 2 years of PCU experience
• Experience in progressive care, telemetry, or acute care nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage patients with varying levels of acuity
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic inpatient environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to progressive care patients
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to plan of care and unit protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Support safe patient flow and assist with floating assignments as needed
