- Shifts per Week: 4
- Shift Duration: 10-hour evening shifts
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,150 - $2,310

Job Requirements
- 0 to 6 months of related MRI experience
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced radiology setting
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or an accredited MRI program
- Current ARRT-R or ARMRIT certification
- Current BLS certification
- ARRT (MR) certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations according to department policies, protocols, and hospital procedures
- Prepare and position patients for magnetic resonance imaging procedures
- Set up coils, monitoring devices, and related MRI equipment as needed
- Collect and evaluate exam information, including screening details and physician requests
- Perform quality control checks and report equipment discrepancies promptly
- Screen patients, staff, and visitors for metal objects or contraindicated implants
- Explain procedures clearly and respond to patient questions with professionalism and care
- Evaluate image quality, manipulate images as needed, and send completed exams to PACS
- Maintain accurate documentation, logbooks, and charge records
- Work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare staff, and internal and external customers
- Use sound judgment when following protocols and seeking guidance when needed
