• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift, 5x8-hour shifts (09:00 - 17:30)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,580 - $1,690
• Orientation: 16 hours

Job Requirements

• Current CST certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of operating room / surgical technologist experience required
• Experience supporting a broad range of surgical procedures preferred
• Ability to work independently in a busy perioperative environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail skills
• Experience with sterile technique and surgical safety practices

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all supplies, instruments, and equipment are ready for procedures
• Maintain a sterile field and support safe, efficient surgical workflows
• Pass instruments and assist surgeons and procedural teams during operations
• Support case setup, turnover, and room readiness between surgeries
• Assist with a variety of surgical specialties and complex procedures as needed
• Follow infection control, safety, and perioperative best practices at all times
• Collaborate with the surgical team to promote excellent patient care and smooth case progression
