Job Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, and meal setup
• Willingness to float between two floors as needed
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach
• Ability to complete compliance documentation prior to the start date

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resident care and support with daily living needs, including ADLs
• Assist residents with bathing and meal setup
• Deliver respectful, attentive care that promotes resident comfort, dignity, and safety
• Support the nursing team by floating between two floors when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
• Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff
• Contribute to a positive, dependable care experience for residents and teammates
