• Weekly Hours: 36
• Shift: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:30)
• Shift Duration: 12-hour days
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,680 - $2,820
• Setting: Cardiovascular Operating Room

Job Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Minimum 2 years of registered nurse experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• EPIC experience required
• Comfort working in a surgical, operative, or perioperative environment
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Experience with sterile technique and OR nursing workflows preferred

Responsibilities

• Support cardiovascular surgical cases in the operating room
• Circulate procedures and assist with safe, efficient OR flow
• Provide sedation-related support as needed within scope and practice
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care throughout the procedure
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
