• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Location: Kapaa, Hawaii
• Start Date: September 7, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,620 - $2,760
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 10-hour shifts, any shift
• Scheduling: Must be available for all shifts; flexibility to support day or night coverage as needed
• Setting: Emergency Room / Emergency Department with potential floating support as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Ability to work variable shifts in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable adapting to changing patient needs and workflow demands
• Travel-ready and able to meet onboarding and compliance requirements promptly

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support timely, effective treatment
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and nursing standards
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with facility procedures
• Respond calmly and efficiently to changing clinical situations and high-volume patient flow
• Float to other units as needed in support of patient care operations
