• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

• Weekend Requirement: 1-2 weekends per month
• Holidays: No holiday shifts
• Unit Size: 32 beds
• Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:3, with variation based on unit needs

Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience or related maternity nursing experience
• Experience caring for patients in both L&D and NICU settings
• BLS and NRP required
• Fetal monitoring experience required
• Experience with postpartum care, newborn care, and antepartum monitoring
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care
• Support mothers and families with education, safety, and compassionate bedside care
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated maternity care
• Float between L&D and NICU as needed based on unit needs
• Deliver evidence-based care to a diverse patient population with varying cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards for quality, safety, and patient-centered care
