• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,560 - $1,670
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Hours per Week: 36
• Duration: Approximately 15 weeks
• Start Date: 9/28/2026
• Schedule Notes: 3x12 schedule with start times around 9:00 AM or 11:00 AM; every 3rd weekend as needed, every other holiday, and call once per schedule

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of inpatient surgery or operating room experience
• Level I trauma experience required
• Current NBSTSA certification required; no other certification accepted
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience in at least 5 surgical service lines, such as general surgery, gynecology, GU, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedics, neurology, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, or spine
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a positive team-first attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Boston healthcare setting

• Prepare the operating room and support safe, efficient surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and the perioperative team across a broad range of specialties
• Maintain readiness in a high-volume OR environment with 24/7 surgical coverage
• Support trauma, complex cases, and specialized procedures with confidence and professionalism
• Adapt to schedule needs, including weekend, holiday, call, and float coverage when required
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused care experience
