• Schedule: Weekday coverage with weekend shifts required
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030-$2,190

Job Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or higher
• At least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience, or the ability to function very well independently in an inpatient setting
• Strong clinical skills in evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying treatment programs
• Comfort using inpatient documentation and EMR systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hospitalized patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support recovery and independence
• Provide age-appropriate occupational therapy interventions that improve functional status and daily living skills
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, medical status, and changing clinical needs
• Participate in discharge planning to help patients transition safely to the next level of care
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and thoroughly in the EMR
• Support administrative tasks and quality improvement efforts as assigned
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented inpatient rehabilitation environment
