Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry RN experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• New graduates are not eligible for this role
• BSN preferred
• Ability to work with standard hospital EMR systems
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced telemetry unit

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and assess patients for changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and promptly
• Respond quickly to patient needs and escalate concerns when appropriate
• Adapt to floating assignments and maintain a professional, team-focused approach
• Support a smooth transition during orientation and unit onboarding
