Job Requirements

• Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required
• 1-2 years of acute care or hospital respiratory therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour hospital shifts and provide reliable weekend coverage as scheduled
• All required certifications must be in place prior to start
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy services to hospitalized patients
• Perform respiratory assessments and support individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapies and assist with airway management and ventilatory support as needed
• Monitor patient response and communicate changes to the care team
• Support patient safety, clinical quality, and accurate documentation standards
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team
• Respond appropriately to urgent respiratory care needs within the hospital setting
