Job Requirements

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
• 1-2 years of respiratory therapy experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Experience supporting adult patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain consistent patient care
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• All required certifications must be in place prior to start
• Travel candidates must meet distance requirements for assignment eligibility

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to hospitalized patients across varied acuity levels
• Perform respiratory assessments and provide treatment interventions as ordered
• Support patients requiring oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilatory assistance
• Monitor patient response to therapy and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established care protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
