Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Availability for every other weekend coverage
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork in an acute care setting
• Required certifications must be completed prior to start

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to adult and diverse patient populations
• Perform routine and emergent respiratory therapy treatments as assigned
• Assist with airway management, oxygen therapy, and ventilator support
• Monitor patient response and adjust care in collaboration with the care team
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately
• Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment
